Digital Products Only

Everything in our shop is a digital download — no physical goods are shipped. After purchase, you'll receive a link to download your files immediately. Please make sure you want the product before you buy, since we can't ship a replacement or accept a return the way a physical store can.

License — Personal Use Only

When you buy a download, you get a license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. That means you're welcome to:

• Print it for yourself or your household.
• Save it on your personal devices.
• Use it in your own garden or homestead practice.

Please don't:

• Resell or redistribute the files (paid or free).
• Share download links publicly.
• Use the designs in commercial products or services.
• Claim the work as your own or remove our branding.

Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you locked in.

Refund Policy

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final. We make exceptions at our discretion for:

• Corrupted or undownloadable files due to a technical issue on our end.
• Accidental duplicate purchases.
• Cases where the product was significantly not as described.

To request a refund, email us at team@the-backyard-homestead-co.madethis.app within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, graphics, copy, and images — is owned by The Backyard Homesteader and protected by copyright. Purchasing a download grants you a limited personal-use license, not ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to make sure every file works perfectly. That said, The Backyard Homesteader is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to printing costs, device issues, or data loss. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in California.
